Visiting Guide
One of the common concerns for visitors during a patient’s hospitalization is how to visit and follow up on the patient’s condition in accordance with hospital rules and regulations. Clear and transparent communication by hospital staff, along with the presence of compassionate and supportive personnel to guide visitors, are among the most important factors contributing to your satisfaction with our services.

Visiting Hours
Every day from 15:00 to 17:00 (3:00 PM to 5:00 PM)
Visiting Regulations

Visits to patients admitted to special care units (ICU1, ICU2, ICU-OH) are permitted only through the observation corridor.

Visits to patients admitted to cardiac intensive care units (CCU1 and CCU2) are prohibited. Only in exceptional circumstances, and with prior coordination and approval from the ward, may first-degree relatives be allowed to visit.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Observing hygiene during visits helps maintain comfort and safety for other patients and staff.

Continuous accompaniment of patients until discharge is permitted only with the approval of the attending physician and the treatment team.

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to visit patients.

Handling or adjusting medical devices, equipment connected to patients, or any items inside patient rooms is strictly prohibited.

Observing personal hygiene and washing hands before entering hospital wards helps prevent the spread of infections.
